Cancellation Policy

DEPOSIT REQUIREMENTS 
Depending on the treatment you have selected we may require a 50% deposit to secure your booking. Once your online booking request has been accepted, you will receive a follow-up email confirming the deposit amount required and banking details.

CANCELLATION POLICY
You are very important to us at Elaines and we reserve your appointment and therapist’s time especially for you! Please arrive on time! Arriving on time or 5 minutes before your appointment ensures that you don't miss a single minute of your treatment.

Whilst we understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for any cancellations or alterations.

When you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time and consequently waste the time and expertise of our trained professional therapists.

Please see below for a general breakdown of cancellation fees:

• Less than 24-hour notice cancellations/alterations may result in a charge equal to 50% of reserved appointment(s)
• ‘NO SHOWS’ may be charged 100% of service amount
• Repeat ‘NO SHOWS’ may be required to pay for any future treatments in advance

As a courtesy, we do contact you to confirm the date and time of your appointment. However, please understand that ultimately it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times.
